Save Energy and Increase Your Property Value with New Windows
Windows are your property’s first defense against the outside elements, preventing heat from escaping during the colder months, and preventing heat from entering during the warmer months. Older windows allow more air in and out, making your energy system work harder to maintain ideal indoor temperatures.
New windows will help you and/or your tenants:
- Reduce fuel costs
- Increase your property’s attractiveness
- Increase your property’s value
- Reduce or eliminate costly maintenance
- Clean more easily
Thermally insulated, our double or triple-paned windows, with fully welded frames and sashes are custom built to 1/16″ of your existing frame to insure the best and tightest fit. Our lifetime labor and material warranty coupled with our 100% satisfaction guarantee is the strongest in the industry. Modern Remodeling, Inc. can replace windows for all types of buildings, including mid and high-rise structures, historical district edifices and more. With many styles and options to choose from, you can be sure to match the architectural style you want with the structural integrity you need.
We Minimize Disruption and Enhance Communication
We take pride in our work and we know that with every construction zone, there are inconveniences to tenants, customers, and employees. We do our best to minimize those inconveniences by keeping a clean and safe construction zone, doing prompt and reliable work, and by communicating information in advance. For example, we’ll post notices announcing what’s going to be happening, when it will be happening, and providing our own number for tenants, customers and employees to call with questions. This relieves your own property manager of the burden of answering questions and disseminating information about the project.
